Browsing this site
The website can be read without creating an account. Its core pages do not use analytics, tracking pixels or browser storage. The hosting service may maintain standard technical logs, including IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and access times, for operation, troubleshooting and security. Those logs are separate from worksheet entries.
Worksheets and calculator
Text and figures entered into the tools are processed in the current browser page. The tools do not send those entries to this website and do not deliberately store them in cookies or browser storage. Your browser may retain form history or restore a page independently. Print, download through your browser or clear entries according to your needs, especially on a shared device. Printed files are your responsibility to store securely.
Contact by email
If you email the publisher, your address and the information you include are available through the email service for responding and handling the issue. Please do not submit medical records, identification documents or other unnecessary sensitive information. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent; applicable obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs may affect what can be removed.
Advertising, when enabled
Google advertising may use cookies, device identifiers and information about visits to this and other sites to deliver and measure ads, depending on applicable choices and requirements. Where a consent message is required, advertising must be configured with an appropriate consent-management system before activation. Its on-page privacy control provides the available choices and a way to revisit them. This website does not build advertising audiences from diagnoses or tool entries. Rejecting optional advertising choices must not prevent reading the guides.
